The Institute for Plasma Research is a premier scientific institute under the Department of Atomic Energy; Govt. of India devoted to research and development activities in the areas of basic Plasma Physics, Magnetic Confinement fusion and industrial applications of plasmas. Applications are invited from highly motivated and result oriented candidates for the posts of :

• SCIENTIST – SC
• No. of Post – 1
• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : M.Sc. Physics (First Class) having minimum one year working experience in research & development activities. Preference will be given to the candidates with research experience.
• ENGINEER (PROJECT) (FCIPT)
• No. of Post – 1
• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Production / Mechanical Engineering (First Class) with one year work experience in implementing and managing ISO procedures, preferably in R & D organization for project management.
• SCIENTIST (PROJECT)
• No. of Posts – 3
• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : M.Sc. Physics (First Class) having minimum one year working experience in research & development activities. Preference will be given to the candidates with research experience.
